Testimonials

We have just competed in our first dance competition with Steppin Out Performing Arts Center and we wanted to let you know that our girls had a blast!

It was a bit of a transition coming from another area studio but within a month our older daughter, Amanda, was completely at home here and had made MANY new friends. Our younger daughter, Ashleigh, loved the instructors and studio immediately. Amanda had danced with the same studio for over 8 years (she’s 11 now) and I didn’t think that she would ever feel as at home at another studio…I was WRONG!! ALL of the staff as well as the parents and dancers here are AMAZING!! It is a warm, friendly environment and from the Senior/Elite dancers to the youngest company members the mutual support and encouragement shows.

It is also important that I let you know, because of the friendliness in the studio it is easy to get to know the moms and dads of all of the dancers, which makes it even more comfortable because you get to know the families of the children that your children are spending time with!!

Thank so much for being who you are and showering your positive influence as well as expertise on both of our daughters!!”

LOVE YOU ALL!!

“My daughter has been going to Steppin’ Out Performing Arts Center for 3 years. During that time, my daughter has learned dance in a fun/friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to grow and succeed. Steppin’ Out promotes a positive self-image for all girls. The teachers are wonderful role models who demonstrate commitment and dedication. The owners Autumn and Heather, are organized, professional and masterful at putting together a recital for all ages to enjoy. I am honored that my child can attend Steppin’ Out Performing Arts Center, where she receives the very best training in dance while she learns life skills. Every person has a talent, and the staff at Steppin’ Out has a way of finding that talent and celebrating it through the creative expression of dance. We have made very dear friends since joining the Steppin’ Out family. No one else has given my daughter the dance technique, sense of accomplishment, or the wonderful friendships that Steppin’ Out has.”

“It makes a difference when someone does what they love and that truly shows here at SOPAC. Ms. Autumn and Ms. Heather as well as the rest of the staff, show this with their actions towards all their students every day. I must say my family feels blessed to be a part of it.”

“We have had the pleasure of being part of the Steppin’ Out family for 3 years. We could not ask for a better environment for our daughter! Te amazing staff introduced our kids to multiple styles of dance. Heather and Autumn (owners) teach the students more than dance technique; they act as positive role models, and instill self-esteem and confidence in all. Their dedication to the art of dance is evident in everything they do. They are committed to promoting a safe, happy, and positive environment for all students. We are thankful for an amazing 3 years, and look forward to many more!”

“I take pride in saying I am part of the Adult Company at Steppin’ Out. SOPAC has great teaching and s supportive environment. Ms. Heather teaches in a way that challenges the adults with more skill, while encouraging those just starting. We work hard and we enjoy ourselves. I am better dancer thanks to SOPAC and love being part of the SOPAC family.”

“Eight years ago my children walked into their first dance class with Miss Heather, and dance became more than dance. I had no idea how special this relationship with their instructor would become. My children loved Heather from the beginning because they knew in their little hearts she loved them and wanted them to be all they could be. She made them feel like they could do anything with time, practice and dedication. They learned what commitment means…and how much commitment gives in return. Because Heather was proud of their achievements my children became proud of themselves. She gave them confidence in dance…she gave them confidence in themselves…she have them a part of herself. Her energy and love for dance is incredible…I love to hear her teach. Her laughter is the best. Besides time at home with their mom and dad, my children have spent most of their “growing up” time with Miss Heather. I am grateful for all the time they have had with her…she continues to be a blessing for all of us.

Never could I have imagined that my children would be blessed again with someone who would mean so much to them as Heather. Then three years ago, Autumn stepped into their lives. Autumn gave up the stages of Broadway in New York to open up Steppin’ Out Performing Arts Center with her sister, Heather. We are thankful for that choice in her life! Autumn’s warm personality…full of sunshine…immediately swept up my children. Her love for dance is contagious. Because Autumn believes in my children…they work extra hard to acquire what she desires for them. Her hugs and smiles give them all they need to reach their next goal.

Heather and Autumn are gifted dancers and instructors. Because that give from their hearts, they are able to offer more to children than just the gift of dance. Love, happiness, guidance, encouragement, expectations, praise, affection, security, lots of laughter and memories…HOME. This is what Steppin’ Out Performing Arts Center means to my family. SOPAC is a home away from home for all of us as well as many other families.”
